Jenny Manukyan
Director of Operations
Jenny Manukyan is the Transaction Manager at JohnHart, and as such is in charge of making sure that every sale is carried out correctly from start to finish. Prior to joining the JohnHart team, Jenny obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from California State University, Northridge. It was at CSUN that Jenny learned how to efficiently manage not only a team, but also a project, and it is this skill set that allows her to manage such a large pipeline of sales at JohnHart. In addition to managing the entire pipeline, Jenny is a licensed real estate agent, and has much experience negotiating terms on sales. It could be said that she is the reason why JohnHart clients receive such a great return on their listings! Much of her success can be attributed to the professional experience Jenny has. Starting in a retail setting, at Bakers Shoes, it wasn’t long before she was promoted to supervisor and became a member of the management team there. Taking this experience she moved over to Charles David and joined the team as an assistant manager, later to become store manager. In this position, she was responsible for running the day to day business, and managing a staff of 6. From here she went on to become a manager at a law firm specializing in debt assistance. It was at the law firm that she had her first experience with helping homeowners in peril. At JohnHart, Jenny often acts as the intermediary between, clients, brokers, agents, escrow, and title; so she truly does manage each transaction from start to finish. It is Jenny’s hands on approach to management that has helped us reach the next level in real estate.
Jesse Ortiz

Jesse Ortiz is a Senior Full-Stack Web Application Developer, currently living in Los Angeles, CA. He has a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Design Technology from MSC. His primary focus and inspiration for his studies is in Web Development, and in his free time, he studies the current design trends and programming patterns. Prior to joining JohnHart, Jesse spent over ten years working for an entertainment company in Glendale where he honed and excelled at Web Development. There he acquired his experience, while joining a team of developers to create a network of websites that are still growing strong today. At JohnHart, Jesse plans to play a major role at JohnHart with limitless growth potential.
Selvy Buchanan
MLS Coordinator
Selvy Michelle Buchanan is the MLS coordinator at JohnHart. She is responsible for all the MLS updating and MLS database at JohnHart. She is always meeting her goals and is willing to do whatever it takes to get her tasks done. She is positive, happy and loves new challenges. Prior to joining JohnHart Selvy worked in many varies of career fields. She has worked in sales, accounting and has over 15 years of customer service experience. She is currently studying toward Property Management and her Real Estate License! She wants to bring lots of positive energy with every task she is undergoing. Her love of the company is what keeps her constantly striving to be and do her best!
Nancy Reyes

Nancy is a Transaction Coordinator at JohnHart Real Estate. Nancy has experience in customer service driven environments and has developed a passion for helping others and putting the needs of her customers first. Nancy began her real estate career in 2012 as a real estate administrative assistant. During this time, Nancy gained extensive knowledge in the real estate industry which opened the doors for her as a transaction coordinator at a large real estate brokerage in the San Fernando Valley. Nancy has closed over 600 transactions and is capable of handling almost any type of transaction that may come her way.
Nerses "Posh" Aposhian
Director of Content and Hospitality
Nerses Aposhian, aka “Posh” grew up in in Los Angeles and attended the University of Southern California for his undergraduate studies, earning a B.A. in Communication and Political Science. Shortly after, he attended Loyola Law School for his graduate studies. Prior to his current role as the Director of Content & Hospitality for JohnHart Real Estate, he worked with clients consulting them on their startup and hospitality concepts. In his role at JohnHart, Posh will be exploring new and exciting content ideas and organizing opportunities for the team to develop their personal and professional relationships, and help market and sell listings through an elevated event experience. When he’s not busy working, he is the President of the Armenian Professional Society and co-hosts a podcast called The Founder Hour, which features the founders of LA-based companies.

Lana is the Marketing Manager for JohnHart. She is energetic, creative, and fiercely passionate about cultivating a desirable real estate experience for our team and clients. Lana has an educational background in law as well as 10 years of experience in real estate construction, development, acquisition, and marketing. She has been instrumental in orchestrating luxury events, business coordination, and sales & marketing within the real estate industry. Lana excels in communication; enjoys exposing opportunities through creative marketing strategies including events, media, and public representation. It has always been Lana's goal to pay forward her success by staying active with various causes and nonprofit organizations including disadvantaged youth, individuals without a stable home, and victims of abuse. As the Marketing Manager, Lana's goal is to continuously participate in the elevation of the brand, accurately displaying the integral, passionate, and ethical core values that JohnHart stands for.
Louisa Park
Senior Graphic Designer
Louisa is a graphic designer at JohnHart Real Estate, and is responsible for designing brochures, postcards and other marketing designs for the company. With a formal education in graphic design at CSULB and over 16 years of professional working experience as a designer, she continues to thrive in an environment where she is challenged and can enhance her design and creative skills. Prior to joining JohnHart, Louisa spent 5 years working for an internationally well-known restaurateur where she coordinated all marketing and promotion efforts for the company. She then continued for another 5 years working for a commercial real estate company where she took a bigger role in designing corporate brochures, advertisements, banners, PowerPoint presentations and implementing online marketing efforts. She later also became a founder of a small business specializing in designing invitations for special events and other stationery items. Louisa is excited to be part of JohnHart’s rapidly growing and successful team.
Nancy Borja
Escrow Officer
Nancy has 18 years’ experience as an escrow officer and has worked with several different independent escrow companies. Nancy has expertise in standard sales, short sales, REO, AITD, 1031, Investment properties, vacant land and for sale by owner transactions. She is also a notary public and a member of the Escrow Associates of San Gabriel Valley. Her attention to detail has proved invaluable many times, and is truly an asset to her clients as escrow is such a crucial part of every sale. Having successfully closed hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions, it’s safe to say that she is an escrow expert! Nancy believes in providing the best customer service to clients and assist in making each transaction run as smooth as possible. Her goal is always the same: A Safe, Secure, and Smooth escrow – from open to close!
